The project

Saw Julie & Julia today and remembered my blog!! The movie gave me a couple of things to think about.. I'm wishing I could do many of those things the two women did. Cooking, writing, being determined to start a task and see it through (that's the most difficult thing for me to do)... I want to have that kind of willingness to surrender myself to the work at hand and not just "do" it. Coming to think of it, I have no clue what I really like to do. It used to be singing and listening to music, being all by myself and reading a great book.. it still is all those things, but I just don't seem to get down to doing that. After marriage and a kid, well, priorities have definitely changed. But that shouldn't mean that the passion should be lost.
