A Dream – Our Reality ( A tribute to my workplace)

 

A sense of joy, the realm of calm

the strong foundation of trust and care.

What's in belongingness

that makes it basic so, and yet rare?

 

I remember the first time 

I set my foot in here

The warm smiles, the open doors

My heart filled with cheer

 

The journey of life turned the sweetest turn yet

Not just a job, a passion be-came

Every thought was welcomed,

given new wings, and never put to shame

 

Through these years, the will has grown

To not just lead the role but to pour out

Towards the purpose that is beyond 

and for the closeness it has brought

 

A family, a team, a workplace

par dream sublime

Who got the guts to bring their selves

to keep inclusion in rhyme

 

It is the heart of these people that

quell the tough with ease

For when we come together, we make

each dream to reach, a breeze

 

It’s not just good luck that got us here

There is intention, a will to strive

And the world hears us and heeds

And their destiny, we write.

 

As we connect with one and all and see our

Selves reflect in them, endless

This, my friends, is what is we call

The truth of one – Belongingness!
